Streamlined to Help Us Reach Our Goals
It doesn’t matter if you want more traffic, customers, or both. When we decide to work together, your goals become my goals. Knocking out the administrative details now will let us focus on reaching those goals exclusively. So here’s a quick rundown of my pricing and billing process to clear up any confusion.
Every project is different. That’s why I price my services based on your particular project. After we have an initial discussion to get a feel for one another and your goals, I’ll get back to you with recommended services and a price quote and for your unique situation. This process is available to you without any cost or obligation.
Blogging Project Minimums
I don’t accept blogging clients with a monthly budget of at least $500. You can mix and match or combine services however it makes sense to you – as long as the total monthly amount exceeds $500. This helps me serve you better because it allows me to work with fewer clients. You get more attention, and I develop a deep understanding of your unique business.
I typically handle projects on a 50/50 payment split. You pay half of the total price we agree on to get the ball rolling. Then you don’t pay the remaining balance until the project ends or a certain date (this depends on the project).
Your satisfaction is paramount. That means I don’t want you to feel obligated to pay for something you aren’t happy with. In the unlikely event a serious concern comes up, reach out to me. I’ll do everything I can to make it right.
I prefer to handle payments via PayPal, though I also accept checks if you are more comfortable with them. If you pay by check, there might be a short delay before the project starts (until the check clears). I will send you all project invoices via email.
I won’t add additional charges to the estimate unless the scope of the project changes substantially. This would only ever happen after consulting with you.
Finally, once a project has started fees that have been paid are nonrefundable.
I take every project seriously. I’m not happy unless you’re happy. Delighting my clients – leaving them with a feeling they’re getting way more value than the money they invest – is one of the main reasons I’m in business.
That means you can expect professionalism, responsiveness to feedback, and top-shelf content. If you have a question or concern at any point we’re working together, just let me know. I’ll do everything I can to make it right.
I look forward to working with you!
